Veterinary Scheme Only £170 + VAT The scheme for 2005 will cover all routine gynaecological procedures to achieve and maintain a pregnancy with the mare carrying a single foal up to 42 days gestation and will include: Endometrial Swabs / smears, Pre-breeding monitoring of follicles Post covering antibiotic wash out +/- oxytocin, Prostaglandin injections Caslick Operations, Scanning and re-scanning at approximately 20 and 30 days Chorulon or recptal to aid ovulation, All mares must have a clean 2003 CEM Certificate for a clitoral swab, be covered against tetanus, and owners should submit a previous breeding history. Not included are the following Regumate, Foaling, Foal ID/ Blood/ Microchipping Sick Foals, Sedatives for difficult mares, Uterine Biopsies Emergency and other unrelated treatments The scheme is limited to four consecutive oestrus periods.
